If you are implying you are already at Atlas then you can look the bidlines up very simply by yourself and see. Block hours about 300-400hrs per year or so, although I did just over 200 my first year. I have never had a true "7 on/7 off" on the 767. More like 10 on, 7 off, or 17 on, 13 off.
