LOL. Block hours? 'bout 30-40/month.
Typical schedule is everything. Could be 3 day trips. Could be 17 day trips. It's a mix'n'mach grab bag of everything in between.
Honestly, the "average domestic line" is about what you describe, 7 on 7 off. CRT credit rarely goes above 70 hours. I average about 65 hours of credit and make within 10% what I made as an F/O on the 747. Expect about $130,000 per year as a 767 captain at Atlas Air. I'm sure the top 10% fleet seniority JFK based people and VX'ers make more, but good luck breaking into that club.
Reason credit is so low: lots of short trips = lots of partial CRT days. You're certainly not getting a full 17 days of CRT credit. Plus side is a lot of lines are only built to 15 days or so, if you don't like to fly, work (or make money), it's not too bad.
