Last week we had pax boarding a dirty jet because the red coat/gate agents were too scared of taking a delay...even after the Captain had told them to hold off boarding (while the cleaners would not answer our calls). Nothing like first class pax walking onto a 330 while the FAs are scrambling to do the cleaners jobs... Even though the jet had been sitting for 5+ hours and supposedly had been cleaned, coach was a complete disaster. But but gosh, those agents didn't get a delay as we pushed on time, then landed 35 minutes early...
