I’ve been in the industry for a long time and this is by far the best group I’ve been with. Laid back fun all around great group. Yea. Spirit pilots are great. Hiring process emphasizes personality and "fit" for the company and it shows. Management... well, yea. Or nope. But the pilot group is great and I hope the hiring team doesn't inadvertently change that now that the new contract ought to be attracting more experienced pilots who want to stick around.
