However, if they change the show time to 1000 so they can legally assign it but leave the push time at 1050. That’s an illegal assignment as the FOM (and by extension the FAA) require 60 minutes show to push for safety of flight (planning). In that case you could send a “hot” PDR to the union and they almost certainly will get them to remove the trip.
