Yea who likes to be "forced" to do anything? This gives me more freedom to use pto each month. I get 2 weeks without any discipline and that is better for most, plus it increases staffing requirements (in theory).
The distribution has to be better, because it was so abysmal under the current system. I like it. Except for the guys who sell back, this wont be a deal breaker.
