Everything which has been reported to date, has been in the media for one reason, and one reason only: Because Ms Pina went on a media campaign in furtherance of her lawsuit. She's not going to go on a #metoo media campaign to publicize her latest episode, ergo, no reporting on it.
In my opinion, there are too many people with too much of the Hawaii story for the media to not get notified of it, by someone. Now whether they choose to report the story is a different question
