The not working for free is an improvement, albeit a very rarely used one currently. That will change when junior guys bid LCR and get used non stop.
The senior guy will get LCR....unless he doesn't want it. But in my past experience LCR will be relatively senior, most likely somebody who would be a mid-level line holder.
