That is incorrect. Downgrade was changed to system chIef pilot's approval . No time restrictions. (Unless i missed another change bar)

Rsv changes ( off of memory right now):
Scr can only bid trips that FIT in remaining days on. ( no longer bid a 3day with 4 days on).Scr can only use seniority to bid trips up to 40 hrs of credit.
Once you start your reserve days, there is no adding to it (now :if you get a trip that finishes too late to get home, might as well add a day). You are locked in.
