I like them better than the clip ons because you can get away with not buttoning the top button... but what a pain in the ass when the zipper comes off the rails because then it just keeps sliding down.

This usually works with any zipper that's acting up.
The "clasp" part or what ever it's called that puts the squeeze on forcing the two sides together has opened up enough to not work anymore. Take a pliers and gently clamp back down on the top (where the grip attaches) and bottom side (part against your chest), go just a little at a time, if to much it will freeze up and you'll need a screwdriver to open it up some.
