RiddleEagle has said it well in the past couple of days too. JB management isn’t going to capitulate at the negotiating table. This process is going to DRAG on for 6-12 months. And guess what? If you voted “NO” to this TA then by principal you’ll be forced to vote no to the next TA. Because whatever new language evolves will certainly not fix ALL the holes in this TA. Now we’re talking 12-24 month from now for a TA vote. Show me where that TA will make up for the 2 years of lost wage increases, 401k, Health Seed $, 15 hour redeye 3 days and RSV abuse!

BTW we’re arguing over a TA. Remember that today and tomorrow we work under the PEA. I tuck the PEA under my pillow every night, with a neat little snuggle, knowing it’s got my back while I sleep.
