You and all the other keyboard jockeys on here have no idea what the details are, and neither do I.

Hopefully our union has agreed upon language regarding the upcoming amalgamation arbitration and putting the Southern Air guys on the same pay and work rules as Atlas (Atlas/Southern Parity agreement).

If the Atlas/Southern Parity agreement is in the form of a LOA, the company could argue that the amalgamation of the two contracts be with Atlas's current CBA and Southern's current CBA. -A huge loss for both pilot groups assuming the union withers and folds on the company. I don't think there is a possibility in hell of this happening in the current pilot hiring market.

My concern going forward is the company continues to the stall tactics and the "litigate everything" attitude because with new Southern Pay rates work rules will fill classes with desperate pilots who don't bother doing any homework and suffer from shiny jet syndrome.

But back to my original point. We don't know any of the details yet so all this conversation is just conjecture.
