Sorry about the miscommunication. I meant standby. Obviously we don't need airport reserve, when there is an IROP we have all the line holders do it instead.

You must sit in the airport for anywhere from 2-4 hours, then MAKE POSITIVE CONTACT. Imagine trying to get ahold of CS when there are 100+ cancellations going on. You are going to be there a while. Awesome work rules guys. Totally makes up for the terrible pay.
