It is. Attempt to make positive contact, wait out your time and leave. The airline is aware it doesn't call people back and the only discipline surrounding this issue is pilots leaving without attempting to make positive contact. In fact, and speaking from experience, if you wait out the longest period IAW FSM/TA call out fatigued for the next day. Been paid EVERY TIME. J
