My concern going forward is the company continues to the stall tactics and the "litigate everything" attitude because with new Southern Pay rates work rules will fill classes with desperate pilots who don't bother doing any homework and suffer from shiny jet syndrome.
Southern will not be able to fill classes, because Atlas has not been able to fill classes, even with a much better contract.
