The point is UAL’s own I.T. is the limiting factor. (Shocker!)

If the boarding pass disappears from the app, and yes, this also happens to revenue passengers, what is the pilot supposed to do? Not get paid?

That said, if one has the screenshot by all means send it in.

We are not trying to create work for a co-worker, but somehow we were responsible for documenting things out of our control but completely under the company’s control, including internal processes that **should** be able to track all of this automatically anyway.

That co-worker is the only one involved that can look up this info after the fact. It’s the system UA has created for better or worse.
