My class had a guy that just turned 64 when we started ground school. I think he’ll be ok
The only thing I see on there that would make him restricted is “400+“ cross country. One needs 500 to not be an R-ATP. I have a hard time believing he doesn’t have 500 though with that kind of time. To meet XC requirements for ATP, one needs only to have flown 50 miles from the point of departure, landing is not required. Have him go back and find any flights that meet that definition and add it to a single line with explanation and he should be good.
