A 3rd year FO.... averaging 85 hours a pay a month... (most are doing way more than that) would gross something around 125k + another 11 grand in per diem...... reality is something probably north of that. For planning purposes I would never budget for more than guarantee.... things could change in a heartbeat. And if you are willing to give up your days off... the sky is the limit... at least for now.
