Check Out American Flyers. I did my CFI and CFII in 2014-2015 at American Flyers. I did their 30 day CFI course. They were advertising $6500 at the time for both CFI and CFII. The check rides were $500 each. So I paid about $8500. I also paid for housing that I got at a discount at an extended stay so including the housing I paid about $9500 including all cost including food, housing and the instruction. Also after you graduate from American Flyers you can renew your certificates for life for $99. I would highly recommend American Flyers.
