1. Endeavor - WO pay and contract
2. Republic - pay and contract
3. Envoy - WO and contract
4. Piedmont - WO and Contract
5. SkyWest - reputation, could easily go down several slots depending on new contract...
6. Air Whiskey - good contract, could easily go down several slots depending on new contract...
7. Express Jet - good contract but slowly dying
8. CommutAir - WO, could maybe go up couple slots with Captain pay thing and their "flow" just don't know much about them
9. PSA - WO but poor contract and weak union, growing pains
10. Horizon - Alaska "flow", could maybe go up a slot or two, don't know much about them
11. GoJet - don't really know much about them
12. Compass - don't really know much about them but slowly dying?
13. TransStates - don't really know much about them
14. MESA - don't really know much about them but seem to be universally hated...
    

Could maybe add Silver somewhere in there around number 8? if you want to be home every night if that's important they do have some kind of flow thing if I remember right...

Also Elite and Via airlines are home based, so that's kind of valuable to some

Corvus seems to have great pay, no idea on contract, Alaska flying would have a certain cool factor, home every night could also be up there around number 8 if those mean anything to ya
