First, the Atlanta Fed was forecasting 5.4% not 5.7% and it is not an annual rate, but for for Q1 2018. Guess what? That was last quarter and the it turned out to be 2.2%.

Your article was from February, and if you had actually read it you would have seen that the prediction was a complete outlier.
