Every company has it s good and bad it doesnt matter if you are flying around at 500mph or crunching numbers at the office as a banker, ASA is a pretty good place to work , and willl get better if the TA goes through...i just got done w IOE and havent had any complaints yet, i got great training and had a good experience thus far, theres barely any reserve , maybe a month on the 50 seater, and upgrade is about 2.5 years and dropping, if you commute, almost whereve you live is doable from ATL, the pay and work rules will get better if the TA goes through, the schedule seems to be a downfall here from what most guys say, i dunno , i cant add much on that as i am not yet a lineholder, but regardless , we are profitable, Delta does like us , and Skywest makes money so i dont think we are going anywhere, good luck in your searches ..I did my homework on pretty much every regional before i made my decision, i suggest you do thesame, and look past first year pay , that shouldnt be the deciding factor on whether or not its the place for you...
