Bingo, you have kind of made my whole point about hiring. The hiring will be driven by block hours. Unless fuel goes up and the block hour plan drops we will hire in the fall.
One thing to keep in mind, unassigned pilots can be created and then junior manned into a new category in the same bid. It would mean in this case the company would have to not award most of the posted AE’s.
