Your both only half correct. The LDAL group brought us the turd of TA-1 - the Pilots wisely rejected it. Then we got a much better TA-2. The hardcore LNW types wanted us to reject it - the Pilots wisely passed it.
Bottom line - LDAL group was too acquiescing. The LNW group was too intransigent.
Despite that the Pilot group got it right both times.
