When I did my interview (within the last year) they had guys ranging from 800-5000 hours. Obviously the guys who had less than ATP-R/ATP mins were given a CJO pending their completion of the required hours (assuming they passed the interview). Those same low time guys were flying for 135/91 operators. My best guess for a current CFI without any 135/91 time, most likely do not get an invite unless they're within 1-200 hours of ATP-R/ATP mins.
