When you get to your final airline you should care about these things. Prior to that though the only thing that should matter is how fast you can upgrade, how fast you can accrue PIC, and what will the hiring team at your final airline think of your choice. The 1-5yrs spent at a regional should be solely to position you to get to ideally a 30+ year career making some serious money. People who trade a $50K bonus but then get stuck for 3yrs longer then if they had gone another route give up millions.
Think the long game when making your choice even if it means eating dog food for a couple of years.
