What pilots usually get sent over there? The lower seniority ones, or is it something that people actually want? I saw this pic so thought you guys had 767s now

Have the made any improvements in FO pay to better compete with other airlines and regionals. Would love being home every night and doing warm weather flying from MIA but I'm already in enough financial bad shape for the time being to take a pay cut for another year before being able to upgrade.
