Just ask our guys that moved to IAD. I'd be real careful about moving anywhere for a regional airline. Find yourself a nice airport with lots of flights to different hubs and move there and avoid two leg commutes. One leg commutes aren't a big deal, particularly if you are near an airport with a good flight schedule.
