With expected retirements guys hired at AA today are still looking at G4 CA in the junior base in approx. 12-13 years. Guys hired early in the hiring cycle(2014?). Will they be at 2500 seniority by then? That was the G4 upgrade projection back in 2014 - 12-15 years. It looks like the train is on time?
I was an early 2014 hire. Based on current projections will hit 2500 at my 16th ish year (2030/1) Guys hired today will hit that number quicker.
