I was an early 2014 hire. Based on current projections will hit 2500 at my 16th ish year (2030/1) Guys hired today will hit that number quicker.
Idk if it’s really that much quicker. 2018 hire with 15 years till 2500. Hope I live to see the day haha.
For new hires I feel like being able to tell what’s best (in terms of retirements) is almost impossible because the fleets and structures are so different between all these airlines. Good thing is, I don’t think there’s currently a such thing as a bad choice.
