That is correct.
They return as active pilots with their seniority, pay longevity, and vacation allocation as if they were never gone. They have also been treated as active employees for pass benefits the entire time so that does not change.
FWIW, the pilots that remain out can all hold widebody FO and many, if not all, can hold narrowbody CA. It is for this reason that the ones that
really want to return probably already have---with some exceptions naturally.
