All I see is a petulant child stomping his feet and running his mouth because he is no longer relevant in the pilot group. Wouldn't even surprise me if he's actively working to subvert the pilot group out of spite before he retires and truly becomes a nobody. Why don't you work on being a positive influence on the group and leave something good behind instead of trying to break it all down because no one wants you in the union anymore. (Que claims he's actively sought to sort the union mess out all the time).

To get past being a drone, you have to learn how to call BS on statements by BK that are at least misleading and in many cases complete fabrications instead of just listening to his calls with your jaw hanging down to your chest thinking everything he says is true. It's called character. His past felony embarrassing all aviators probably should have been a clue and his co-felons shunning him might have been even a bigger clue. He now enjoys a guaranteed income of unknown amount to last to the end of his term despite his mandatory retirement earlier on.

Yes, about 60% are new hires as you stated. They also are the highest in turnover leaving those of us stuck here having to live with what they do while they are here and voted on before they leave for UPS/Fedex/Delta during their short stay.

As to being relevant, there probably isn't a day that goes by that an Atlas member doesn't touch on something that others and I built for their safety, security, and general welfare here. Of course, BK flushed most of us out now to reinvent history in his preferred image claiming everything as his idea now. Sound familiar to US politics? Many I hold in high regard, wouldn't capitulate to his BS and were replaced recently. I as others have heard what BK says on P2P calls and most have recognized that it is now his personal propaganda machine to create lists, shun members, and etc vs what it was originally set up for communications wise prior to his arrival. I did warn the administration when we set up P2P that it could easily be used this way by less scrupulous leadership. A double edged sword cutting both ways and it has come to fruition.

I have never "saved the day" per se, only advised leadership in the past of possible outcomes of certain actions and then ultimately implemented their resulting decisions. That is until BK, whom has little moral grounding and has been willing to burn members by misleading them and letting them put themselves in danger. Let alone burning any that calls BS such as the FPL amendment supporters.
