Actually right now the A319 is doing the DFW-LGA. I did it just two or three weeks ago.
So if the Eh220 does it then capacity is cut 17%, jumpseats cut 50% and pilot pay cut 5%.
But the Canadian homers not employed at this airline are giddy. Or they were until the name changed this week.
That isn't how math works. Just because you did it once doesn't mean every leg is an Airbus.
I took 15 seconds to look, and today, 5 of 7 flights are RJs. So, according to your backwards math, if they do replace the RJs, that's a 31% increase in seats, nearly a 100% increase on 5 daily flights and 5-10 additional Jumpseats.
