Just received the offer to interview. While I know things are super volatile at F9 for the moment, I can't say I'd hate flying the bus. With that said, ultimate goal is UAL one day. Right now, I make a better than average salary working a state job flying a King Air (home every night). Coming here because you want to fly an Airbus is a terrible idea. It’s toxic right now. Spirit, and JetBlue also fly the Airbus if you’re stuck on that for some silly reason. And your counsel tells you your state job hurts your chances at a legacy? Why?! The legacies love military pilots and that’s the ultimate state job.
