Minor revisions to training program?? That's all Dbs1234, just paperwork?? So the fact that both POI and PMI were immediately relieved didn't happen? Or the company having to shut down for a day and fly everyone to TEB for training at FSI didn't happen either?
What about the non-compliance issues the FAA found, guess that didn't happen either? Hmmmm, doesn't sound minor to me.
The fact the former DO submitted paperwork to HR to fire the CP, which we all received a copy of, sounds like he knew the problem and was attempted to correct them.
