This doesn’t even begin to compare the overhead cost of operational and managerial staff, which is most bloated at WO carriers. It doesn’t take much deduction to gather a relative understanding of operating cost structures.
Bloated how exactly? Delta does our payroll, 401k, health insurance, etc. Endeavor has 4 bases as compared to much much more at Skywest or Republic. That right there is less infrastructure required and less management per base.
