Yep, long enough to get schedules changed regularly, asked to extend, broken airplanes, tons of lost flying.... but it’s all salary so it doesn’t really matter.
You probably left just before things started improving. Pay went up, the planes are pretty much as dependable as at other regionals now. The problem children in management are gone.
Did Mesa give you crew meals?
Did Mesa give you crew cars?
Did Mesa let you keep hotel points
Did Mesa let you keep air miles?
Did Mesa positive space you to/from work?
Did Mesa always provide a hotel while on short call RAP so a Crashpad was never needed?
