I said “well it’s mine too, so you’ll have to wait” and did not move out of his way.

No they'll stand right in the middle door blocking the luggage rack and forcing others to squeeze through to the other areas of the bus. Or better yet they'll SIT in the luggage racks and mumble some crap under their breath when you ask them to move. And don't even get me STARTED on the TSA employees on the bus. The LAX employee bus is by far the worse thing about this job.
