Um, UAL pilots
never received "retro" board dates because they were never changed by UAL in the first place. This is a 100% pre-merger CAL issue that was inherited by the merged company.
But, yes, I think it only makes sense to treat everybody the same. Obviously the fix is not as simple as it would appear.
(Could it be that nobody can figure out the DOH of all those CAL pilots?
