UAL replaces other 76-seat planes

UAL gets scope relief in a new contract

UAL only installs 70 seats

UAL ignores the contact aka "Grieve it!"
Note that UAL is officially stating that these 175s will replace CRJ700s. The CRJ700s have 66-70 seats in the UA config.
