On another web board, someone made the point that one month ago PSA’s entire computer system repeatedly crashed and the I.T. people were able to restore the entire airline to pre-crash condition in only a few days.
Yet the ridiculously slow SAP processing times have been an on-going problem for YEARS,....... but PSA (and our feckless union) obviously have no intentions of making it work.
They’ve proven to us that they can make computers work,....... when they WANT to. Why would PSA want to get rid of the SAP when they can simply leave it ineffectual and still use it as a recruiting tool?
