Our negotiating commitee was lulled to sleep by Brad Tilden and brought a horrible devisive TA to a self-serving MEC that talked the LEC’s into putting out what turned into contract 09......It set in place the disaster that we call a contract. Long before the merger there was talk of freezing the remainder of the pension...
