So there I was. We’d just entered German airspace and I was struggling to finish my meal before TOD when things start to get busy. I was complaining about how difficult it was to eat half a lobster tail in the shell with crappy plastic silverware. My FO non-chalantly replied “You know, only an airline pilot would complain about his lobster dinner”. I could only agree with him as I continued to try and dig the darn thing out of the shell.
