So OOBWS, picking up SILs, pilot swap board above ALV + 15, or any other contractually legal "it benefits me so everybody else eff off" provision is ok, but we're drawing the line with swapping S3 and S2? Don't like it, then go pre-emptive with your own S2 and you've got nothing to worry about. Also realize you're not just competing with pilots, if you expect pilots to play nice then have fun not making flights when gate agents and FAs swap last-minute and leave you at the gate.
