Yes it does. Network has presented the plan to Flight Ops and they need to more pilots than on property now to fly the summer schedule next year. The training pipeline will be a big driver along with some other associated cost issues will be the deciding factor if hiring occurs before 1st quarter 2019. The finanaceand Flight Ops are of different minds currently on the hiring timeline.
