I just flew with an F/O who got hired at Spirit with no ATP, a couple hundred PIC as a CFI, and about 2400 total time.

Somewhere I also even heard that some of the majors have no-shows for classes. That's kinda hard to believe, but possible if a candidate has more than one offer from a major.
