I was wondering if hiring has slowed down at compass? I'm over 1300 TT and am r-atp eligible, I've had an application in the system for over a week and all is silent on the recruiter front. Does that pretty much mean they don't want you?
Just curious as I’ve seen a few others post about the same type of thing of not hearing back for a while. I almost think I should just show up to an event or something.
Send an email, but showing up to an info session and letting the recruiters know you have your app in worked for a friend of mine. He went to an info session in PHX in June, interviewed the next week and then got a CJO and class date in September.
