I certainly hope you're not flying at 200 MPH when you barrel through that overcast.
BTW, I have upgraded a few months ago and have yet to experience what everyone talks about WRT new-hires and their supposed inability to fly.
Maybe it'll happen, but I think most of these wash out in training or never even make it to training. I have flown with great F/Os who really know their stuff.
