Maybe it'll happen, but I think most of these wash out in training or never even make it to training. I have flown with great F/Os who really know their stuff.
not a problem at your airline (awac?) . probably not a problem at most airlines for that matter, but i guess theres always a few guys who arent totally ready after IOE.
