I would keep ADG. It just seems like more trouble than it's worth to switch to MDG.
1. Delete the last sentence of Section 12 I. No more 0200 carve out.
2. Improve Duty Period Credit.
3. Improve Rotation Credit.
4. Improve ADG.
After those four items, let's see about MDG.
Why not leave ADG as is, and add in a minimum day? Turn the 3-day trips (most flying on days 1 & 2), from currently being worth 15:45, to being something like 18 or so.
